| Paeonia wittmanniana var nudicarpa An early blooming plants with large pale yellow blooms. The flowers aren't as intensely yellow as P. mlokosewitschi, but yellow none the less. The large green leaflets are much more stately than that of P. mlokosewitschi, and a better plant for the garden. Martin Page calls P wittmanniana a "very underrated plant". Parent plants were grown from wild collected seed. |
